
During July 2025, Crescent Yue developed end-to-end Neye Render Output Support within the Autodesk/hydra-viewport-toolbox repository. This work involved enhancing the data model, implementing buffer processing logic, and exposing Neye buffers as textures for rendering in the viewport. Using C++ and leveraging expertise in 3D rendering, graphics programming, Hydra, and USD, Crescent integrated the Neye output into the rendering pipeline, enabling seamless resolution and display of Neye-based previews. The single-commit delivery aligned with ongoing roadmap goals, laying a technical foundation for future Neye-based pipelines and previews. The work demonstrated depth in system integration and rendering pipeline design.
