Using C++ and leveraging skills in debugging and network security, implemented detailed diagnostics that provide the specific reason for certificate verification failure directly to callers. This approach enables more actionable telemetry and supports faster triage of TLS-related issues. The feature also prints certificate verification status upon handshake failure, aiding support teams in rapid troubleshooting. These changes reduce the mean time to detect and resolve security issues, contributing to improved reliability and customer trust without introducing new bugs this month.
