Worked on rubygems.org to deliver cross-repository reusable workflows for trusted publishing, enabling secure and flexible release pipelines across multiple repositories. Leveraged Ruby and Ruby on Rails to refine workflow validations and optimize the for_claims query, which improved both performance and user experience by reducing publish-time latency and clarifying error feedback. Strengthened security by ensuring OIDC token claims referenced the correct workflow source and enforced strict publisher validation. Collaborated across teams to finalize these enhancements, using Rails-idiomatic patterns to simplify validation logic and remove unreachable code paths, resulting in more maintainable backend development and streamlined API operations for trusted publishing.
