April 2025 monthly summary for jami-fhir-jp-wg/jp-core-v1x: Key features delivered and impact. Standardized the medicalInstitutionCode identifier URI across the JP FHIR core and JP_Organization profile by updating the system URI from 'http://jpfhir.jp/fhir/core/IdSystem/insurance-medical-institution-no' to 'http://jpfhir.jp/fhir/core/IdSystem/medicalInstitutionCode' in both the JP FHIR core examples and the JP_Organization profile. This enhances interoperability and reduces downstream mapping errors for medical institution identifiers. The work was implemented via two commits addressing issue #765. Benefits include improved data consistency across JP FHIR implementations and easier maintenance of identifier semantics. No other features or bugs were logged for this repo this month.
