During the month, contributed to the CenterForOpenScience/angular-osf repository by delivering the Notification Refactor project, which clarified the notification frequency enum from “instant” to “instantly” to improve user experience. This work involved implementing Angular front-end support and updating the codebase using TypeScript and JavaScript. The release included a detailed changelog and a version bump to reflect the new frontend integration, ensuring traceability through linked commits and pull requests. Coordinated closely with backend teams to align the refactor with the Angular front-end release, accelerating delivery to end users and establishing a clearer, more maintainable notification settings flow within the application.
