Chirag Srivastava enhanced the AviatrixSystems/terraform-provider-aviatrix repository by developing a feature to improve BGP over LAN reliability and IPv6 connectivity for remote LANs. He introduced an optional backup IPv6 address field for remote LAN connections, specifically designed to support high availability scenarios. Using Go and Terraform, Chirag implemented validation logic that enforces correct configuration when high availability is enabled, reducing the risk of misconfiguration and increasing network resilience.
