Worked on the CoopCycle web project, delivering a comprehensive Spanish localization for the coopcycle/coopcycle-web repository. Focused on internationalization using JavaScript, the developer translated all 583 user-facing strings, ensuring full language coverage and preparing the application for Spanish-speaking users. The process involved integrating translations through Weblate and validating them within the user interface to confirm accurate rendering across major workflows. Additionally, the developer established a scalable i18n workflow in the repository, streamlining future language additions and accelerating translation updates. This work enhanced the project’s readiness for multilingual support and reduced the risk of untranslated keys in production environments.
