Worked on backend development for the mozilla/gcp-ingestion repository, focusing on enhancing telemetry data processing pipelines. Over two months, delivered features that expanded MessageScrubber’s support for new Bing and MZABT partner codes, enabling ingestion and processing of telemetry data from additional partners. Leveraged Java and Python to implement changes that improved compatibility with evolving tracking identifiers and ensured data readiness for downstream analytics. The approach involved updating partner code lists and integrating new identifiers into existing telemetry workflows, which strengthened data completeness and facilitated partner onboarding without introducing new bugs, demonstrating careful, incremental improvements to the ingestion infrastructure.
