During May 2025, Cyb3rko enhanced the badges/shields repository by delivering two features focused on user-facing metrics and deployment flexibility. They improved the Firefox extension rating service to display ratings with one decimal place, updating both the service logic and associated tests to ensure accuracy and reliability. Additionally, Cyb3rko introduced support for custom F-Droid repositories by enabling a configurable baseUrl, expanding the system’s ability to query alternative servers beyond the default. Working primarily with JavaScript, they applied skills in API development, backend integration, and testing, resulting in deeper test coverage and more robust documentation for these new capabilities.
