February 2026 — grafana/grafana: Delivered Datasource API Groups CRUD Operations Feature Toggle to gate the new API group-based CRUD paths for data sources. Backend-first implementation enables staged rollout and safer refactors with minimal user disruption. This work lays groundwork for improved data source management flexibility and maintainability, aligning with broader API modernization goals.

Monthly summary for 2025-07 focused on Grafana Helm charts work delivering PDC-Agent Kubernetes Deployment via Helm Chart. This month, the team implemented a Helm chart to deploy the PDC agent in Kubernetes, including configuration files, resource specs, image references, and Grafana Private Data source Connect integration. Default values and templates were added to streamline deployment lifecycle management (install, upgrade, scale, and rollout). No major bugs reported within the scope of this work item. This work reduces manual steps, enables reproducible deployments, and improves scalability and consistency across environments.
