During June 2025, Daniel Beiting modernized the MicrobiomeDB FAQ within the VEuPathDB/StaticContent repository, focusing on restructuring content, expanding questions and answers, and embedding media to enhance user guidance. He aligned the FAQ with beta data sources, improving data access workflows and reducing support friction. Daniel utilized Jekyll, Markdown, and YAML to implement robust image linking, direct code repository references, and maintainable documentation structures. His iterative, quality-focused approach resulted in 21 commits, reflecting depth in content management and documentation design. The work improved onboarding for contributors and ensured that FAQ updates remain accessible, accurate, and easy to maintain.
