April 2025 performance highlights for Intersect-knowledge-base: Delivered two governance/documentation-focused features that improve clarity, accuracy, and readiness for budget governance. 1) Budget Process Documentation Improvements: updated FAQs, Cardano proposals analysis stats, and sign-up URL. 2) Budget Reconciliation Resources and Scheduling Improvements: created a reconciled resources home page, updated deadlines/workshop schedules for vendors and DReps, added committee guidance links, proposal summaries, and a voting tool URL. Major bugs fixed: corrected the sign-up URL, updated outdated analysis stats, and aligned reconciliation information with current deadlines and guidance, reducing ambiguity for stakeholders. These changes collectively improve decision speed, reduce support overhead, and strengthen governance compliance. Technologies/skills demonstrated: documentation tooling, Git-based version control, cross-functional collaboration, requirement analysis, knowledge-base maintenance, and governance-oriented data handling.
