November 2024 focused on delivering a ready-to-share plugfest outcome artifact for the WOT program. Delivered the Plugfest 2024-11 Summary Presentation as a new PowerPoint file in the w3c/wot repository, enabling rapid dissemination to stakeholders and participants. All work was artifact-only with no code changes, ensuring low risk while improving communication and transparency of plugfest results. The artifact supports post-event reviews, prepares for future plugfest reporting, and reinforces our commitment to timely, tangible business deliverables.
