Delivered a Configurations Module with core setup and multi-service support (GitHub, PgVector, Ado/AdoRepos, GitLab, Slack, Azure Search, Delta Lake, BigQuery) integrated into the configurations framework and tools module, enabling seamless service onboarding and uniform tooling behavior. Added Embedding Configuration Support with metadata label clarification. Implemented a comprehensive Tools Module refactor to a nested configuration model, replacing connection_string with pgvector_configuration, consolidating fields into ado_configuration and pgvector_configuration, and introducing deepcopy usage plus get_available_toolkit_models for safer toolkit management. Fixed AdoRepos configuration retrieval to the nested ado_repos_configuration structure. Introduced configuration models for tools (Browser, Carrier, Google Places, Salesforce, SharePoint, SQL, TestIO, Report Portal, Zephyr Essential) and imported Zephyr Essential configuration during initialization.
