During April 2025, contributed to the tinymce/tinymce repository by developing a user experience enhancement for the editor’s status bar resize functionality. The work involved refactoring the resize handle to utilize dedicated CSS classes for default and bidirectional cursor styles, which are applied conditionally based on the resize type. This approach improved visual feedback for users interacting with the editor’s resizing feature, aligning the component more closely with the overall design system and enhancing accessibility. The implementation leveraged front end development skills, particularly in CSS and TypeScript, resulting in a maintainable solution that clarified resize interactions without introducing new bugs.
