During April 2025, contributed to the gradle/gradle and openjdk/leyden repositories by upgrading code-coverage tooling and improving error handling in build automation workflows. In gradle/gradle, updated the default JaCoCo version to 0.8.13 within build scripts and the JacocoPlugin, ensuring compatibility with newer JVMs and more accurate coverage reporting. For openjdk/leyden, enhanced the JNativeScan tool to robustly handle missing classes, allowing processing to continue and report all issues rather than aborting. Demonstrated expertise in Java, Groovy, and Kotlin, applying defensive programming and test adaptation to maintain cross-repository consistency and strengthen the reliability of CI pipelines.
