He upgraded the CodeQL Action from version 2 to 3, addressing deprecation and ensuring uninterrupted code analysis while preserving all critical workflow steps. In a subsequent feature, he integrated OSV-Scanner into the repository’s GitHub Actions, establishing automated vulnerability scanning triggered by pushes, pull requests, and scheduled runs. Dautov’s work focused on maintaining continuous security checks and reducing the risk of tooling disruption, demonstrating depth in CI/CD pipeline management and security scanning automation.
