Worked on the aemsites/ingredion repository to enhance Salesforce Chat Widget integration using front end development skills with HTML and JavaScript. Delivered a feature that injected the chat widget initialization script directly into head.html, streamlining the initialization process by removing an unnecessary script load. After deployment, managed a controlled rollback by removing the script tag and related imports to maintain application stability and ensure a seamless user experience. Demonstrated careful change management by balancing feature delivery with risk mitigation, maintaining a clear audit trail throughout. The work reflected a methodical approach to Salesforce integration and front end reliability within a short timeframe.
