During August 2025, David Anav developed a timezone-aware MCP server for the punkpeye/awesome-mcp-servers repository, focusing on robust date and time manipulation and server development. His work introduced IANA timezone support, enabling accurate timezone conversion and Daylight Saving Time handling for cross-region operations.
