Worked on the Modalities/modalities repository to resolve a persistent end-to-end test failure in the SFT workflow by refactoring and aligning training and configuration settings. Focused on configuration management and end-to-end testing, the approach involved reorganizing YAML and Python configuration files to standardize the SFT process across different environments. This fix addressed the root cause of flaky tests, resulting in more reliable continuous integration and faster feedback on SFT-related changes. Demonstrated strong debugging skills and effective use of Git for collaborative problem-solving, with clear commit documentation and targeted changes that improved maintainability and reduced setup errors in the testing pipeline.
