Updated the .gitignore file to exclude common build and artifact files, reducing unnecessary files in version control and streamlining the commit history. Focused on documentation using Markdown and managed repository settings with gitignore, the work addressed common integration questions and contributed to a cleaner, more maintainable codebase without introducing new features or bug fixes during the period.
