During April 2025, Don Dumalag developed a targeted test workflow enhancement for the simeon-demo/dsi_c6_playground repository, focusing on file management and automated validation. He implemented a feature that programmatically created a file, dd.file1.txt, and inserted specific content to verify file I/O operations within the test harness. Using text processing and scripting, Don ensured the workflow reliably checked file creation and content accuracy, supporting reproducible onboarding and smoother test automation. The changes were isolated to the test infrastructure, maintaining codebase stability and traceability through documented commits. This work demonstrated depth in test automation and practical application of file management skills.
