Worked on the magento/inventory repository to enhance data robustness and test reliability within the inventory module. Addressed a bug in the Inventory Indexer by ensuring it safely handles cases where product types are null, thereby preventing errors and improving data quality. Modernized the test infrastructure by removing hardcoded fixture paths and implementing dynamic path resolution, which reduced flaky tests and stabilized the CI pipeline. These improvements, implemented using PHP and Magento, focused on backend development and data handling, laying a foundation for future scalability in inventory indexing and contributing to more reliable and maintainable test automation across the codebase.
