In May 2025, delivered the Module Bootstrap Automation Script for the coder/registry repository, enabling automated creation of new module directories. The script validates inputs, checks for existing modules, copies necessary files from an example module, updates placeholders in the Terraform main file and README, and ensures run.sh is executable. This automation reduces manual setup, enforces consistency across modules, and lowers the risk of misconfiguration during onboarding of new registry modules.
