May Mars contributed to the tldr-pages/tldr repository by enhancing CLI documentation through targeted localization and translation work. Focusing on Markdown-based documentation, May expanded language support by adding Swedish translations for the ls command and refining Chinese translations for Chocolatey’s list and version commands. This work addressed inconsistencies in existing documentation, improving clarity and accessibility for non-English users. May collaborated with other translators to ensure adherence to project guidelines and maintain translation quality. The updates broadened the reach of the CLI documentation, reduced onboarding friction for Swedish and Chinese speakers, and demonstrated depth in localization, translation, and documentation skills.
