During April 2025, Demaross enhanced the DUNE/ndlar_flow repository by upgrading the muon selection Monte Carlo (MC) workflow configuration. They introduced MC-specific configuration files and unified the execution command, allowing all configured muon-selection workflows to run together, which improved simulation fidelity and throughput. Using shell scripting and configuration management, Demaross also fixed a critical bug in run_muon_selection_MC.sh that had limited processing to a single workflow, restoring full MC pipeline coverage. These changes increased the reliability and maintainability of the simulation pipeline, aligning it with the develop 3.0 baseline and clarifying automation for future development and reproducibility.
