During October 2025, Dmitry Dementor implemented Russian localization for the Leantime/leantime repository by creating and integrating the ru-RU.ini translation file. This work enabled Russian language support, improving accessibility for Russian-speaking users and supporting broader internationalization goals. Dmitry utilized skills in localization, internationalization, and translation file management, working primarily with INI files and Git for version control. The approach focused on a clean, low-risk deployment that required minimal ongoing maintenance. While the scope was limited to a single feature, the work demonstrated a solid understanding of i18n workflows and contributed to expanding Leantime’s usability for non-English-speaking teams.
