Worked on the solid-design-system/solid repository to enhance UI consistency by standardizing validation icons across all form controls. Focused on front-end development using TypeScript and component library best practices, the update replaced the internal status-check icon with confirm-circle for combobox, input, select, and textarea components. This change aligned the visual language with design system guidelines, reducing user cognitive load and supporting future theming and accessibility improvements. The work was delivered as a single, focused feature commit, demonstrating attention to maintainability and scalability in component design. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on this targeted UI improvement.
