During November 2024, Zhongyuan Deng focused on improving the reliability of the dde-file-manager-service in the linuxdeepin/dde-file-manager repository following a round of security hardening. He addressed a startup failure by correcting installation paths for service files and updating systemd service configurations to ensure the necessary permissions were granted. Working primarily with C++ and Shell, and leveraging his expertise in build systems and Linux system administration, Deng ensured the file manager remained available to end users and enterprise environments under stricter security policies. His work demonstrated careful attention to system integration and operational continuity during security-focused development cycles.
