Implemented a new isSignedIn prop to control the visibility of the sign-out button, enabling correct behavior on pages not yet wired to authentication. Updated typography, sizing, background, and padding to align with the new design language, and polished related UI elements (sign-in button and logo) to support scalable authentication flows.
