Worked on the facebook/fboss repository to enhance the FBOSS Agent SAI test suite by implementing support for TX FIR pre-emphasis parameter verification. Addressed a gap where FIR parameter configurations in platform_mapping.json were not reflected in test procedures, ensuring that hardware and platform setups were accurately validated. Utilized C++ for development and focused on hardware testing and test automation, improving the reliability of test outcomes across 100G and 200G hardware profiles. The changes reduced flaky failures in continuous integration, streamlined the feedback loop, and enabled faster validation of new FIR configurations, contributing to more robust hardware readiness processes.
