This change addressed potential issues with environment drift and aligned the project with Java 17 LTS requirements, supporting smoother onboarding and more reliable builds. The work involved Shell scripting and environment configuration, with no functional code changes, reflecting a careful approach to low-risk, infrastructure-focused maintenance within the Java ecosystem.
