Anastasis developed a controlled rollout for the Flexible Multisig Wallet feature in the novasamatech/nova-spektr repository, focusing on frontend development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. The implementation involved environment-based feature gating, ensuring the new wallet flow remained hidden in production and accessible only in development environments. Anastasis enhanced user experience by adjusting back navigation logic, preventing users from exiting the modal when the feature was inactive. This approach reduced production risk and improved release readiness by supporting staged deployments. The work demonstrated careful UI state management, strong commit traceability, and effective collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the process.
