During November 2025, Dev3 implemented Matomo analytics tracking for App Store and Play Store links in the KODI-Kommunen-Digital/KODI.frontend repository. This feature provided enhanced visibility into user engagement and link performance, supporting data-driven decisions for marketing and product teams. Dev3 integrated Matomo within the existing React-based frontend, ensuring the new instrumentation did not disrupt current user flows. The work involved JavaScript and JSON, with careful use of Git for commit traceability and CI/CD for deployment. The feature was delivered as an isolated, low-risk change, accompanied by clear documentation and rollout notes, demonstrating solid technical execution and attention to maintainability.
