Devitaa worked on the GDP-ADMIN/gen-ai-examples repository, focusing on upgrading the core GLLM libraries and optimizing the local development setup. Using Python, shell scripting, and version control, Devitaa updated gllm-misc, gllm-retrieval, and gllm-pipeline to their latest compatible versions, ensuring improved stability and compatibility across the project. The local-start.sh script was modified to install dependencies without caching, which addressed setup flakiness and reduced onboarding time for new developers. This work enhanced the reliability of the development environment, mitigated caching-related issues, and contributed to more consistent builds, laying a foundation for smoother ongoing development and future maintenance.
