Worked on localization and internationalization for the filamentphp/filament and chatwoot/chatwoot repositories, focusing on enhancing the Ukrainian user experience. Delivered new features by improving Ukrainian language support across core UI flows, including delete operations, recovery code modals, and multi-factor authentication setup, using PHP and JSON. Synchronized translations across multiple modules to ensure clarity and consistency, while refining messaging for maintainability and easier onboarding. Addressed translation gaps and typographical errors in the Chatwoot widget, updating day names and UX placeholders. Collaborated with QA and localization teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guidelines without introducing new bugs or warnings.
