Worked on the berachain/beacon-kit repository to enhance dependency management by updating Go module dependencies, focusing on improving security, stability, and compatibility across the codebase. Utilized Go and Go Modules to systematically upgrade libraries such as golang.org/x/crypto, golang.org/x/net, golang.org/x/sys, golang.org/x/text, and google.golang.org/protobuf. Addressed module discrepancies by executing mod tidy, ensuring reproducible builds and aligning the project with the latest standards in the Go ecosystem. This work strengthened the repository’s overall health and prepared it for future feature development, emphasizing a methodical approach to maintaining robust and up-to-date software dependencies.
