Aug 1, 2025August 2025: CityZen-Portal frontend delivered two major initiatives, delivering measurable business value and strengthening user experience. (1) Unified UI/UX Enhancements for Services and Staff Management: consolidated user-facing UI improvements and data-management enhancements across services and staff management, including deletion confirmation, image handling, staff field additions, and pagination, implemented through a set of UI and backend fixes (CityZenUI, staff UI, service form and page fixes). (2) Loading States and Skeletons Across the App: introduced loading indicators, skeleton UIs, and improved error handling for news posts, schedules, tasks, staff management, and citizen service requests to provide clear feedback during data fetches. These efforts were complemented by backend/UI stabilization fixes to ensure consistency across flows. Overall, the changes reduced friction in admin workflows, improved data entry speed, and provided a more reliable, responsive experience for end users. This work demonstrates strong frontend design, asynchronous data handling, and a collaborative approach with backend fixes, showcasing skills in React-like component composition, state management, and performance-minded UI improvements.
