Worked on the awslabs/amazon-bedrock-agentcore-samples repository, delivering four features over four months focused on secure authentication, policy management, and developer onboarding. Built integration samples for Microsoft Entra ID and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, implementing outbound and inbound authentication patterns using OAuth 2.0 and JWT. Enhanced the framework with fine-grained access control, policy engine management, and end-to-end demonstration notebooks. Leveraged Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and AWS services such as Lambda and Cognito to streamline setup, automate service-based access, and improve documentation. Prioritized code quality and maintainability by addressing linting feedback and simplifying infrastructure for repeatable, secure customer demonstrations and onboarding.
April 2026 delivered an end-to-end AgentCore Harness Demonstration Notebook with JWT inbound authentication and OAuth-protected gateway outbound authentication, plus supporting infrastructure to enable secure, repeatable demos and reference architectures for customers. Key business value: enables secure, real-world authentication flows for AgentCore harness demonstrations, accelerates customer onboarding and validation, and provides a repeatable, idempotent infra setup for quick demonstrations and testing. Major bugs fixed: None reported this month. Notable quality work included addressing Ruff feedback on Python files to improve maintainability and reliability of the demo artifacts.

February 2026 focused on delivering AgentCore policy features with fine-grained access control and policy engine management, integrating policy capabilities into the AgentCore framework, and strengthening security, lifecycle operations, and documentation. The effort also advanced the E2E tutorials, architecture diagrams, and code quality through targeted fixes and cleanup.

In January 2026, delivered key features and fixes for awslabs/amazon-bedrock-agentcore-samples, focusing on secure Entra ID authentication and cleaner setup. The work improves automated, service-based access to Bedrock samples, reduces setup complexity, and enhances maintainability across the authentication flow.

September 2025: Delivered Microsoft Entra ID integration samples for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, enabling three authentication patterns (outbound tool authentication, inbound agent-endpoint authentication, and machine-to-machine secured AgentCore Gateway endpoints). Created and organized sample assets (requirements.txt, sample notebooks, test files, and supporting images), reorganized IDP samples under IDP-examples, and completed quality improvements (pylint/ruff) with auto_create_execution_role simplification. This work enhances security, developer experience, and time-to-value for customers integrating Bedrock AgentCore with enterprise identity.
