Worked on the OpenLiberty/open-liberty repository to deliver a new server I/O timeout control feature, introducing the ServerIOTimeoutMarksDown configuration option for the WebServer Plug-in. This addition enables more granular management of server I/O timeouts, supporting improved operational reliability. The work included defining CI/CD pipelines and project configuration, automating infrastructure tasks and streamlining development and testing workflows. Leveraging skills in CI/CD, automation, and configuration management, the developer established a foundation for faster iteration cycles and reduced manual intervention. The changes focused on infrastructure and DevOps practices, enhancing the project’s ability to maintain uptime and accelerate release processes for Open Liberty.
