Worked on the immich-app/immich repository to enhance developer onboarding by improving documentation and streamlining the contribution process. Focused on updating the official documentation to direct contributors to the #contributing channel and introduced a Docker-based quick-start guide for DevPod, aiming to reduce setup time for new developers. The work centered on technical writing and documentation hygiene, utilizing Markdown for clear, accessible instructions and leveraging DevOps and Docker expertise to ensure the onboarding process was both robust and easy to follow. No code defects were addressed during this period, with all efforts dedicated to documentation and contributor guidance improvements.
