During April 2025, Dickylhd developed a feature for the antgroup/vsag repository that enables HGraph to filter search results based on vector metadata, addressing the need for more precise search capabilities. He introduced a feature flag to control this filtering, updated the KnnSearch logic to apply the filter when extra information is provided, and refactored related constants and index feature definitions to support the enhancement. The work involved algorithm design, C++, and data structures, and included comprehensive updates to test cases to ensure robust coverage.
