Worked on the Nordix/metal3-project-infra repository to implement Ironic Manifest Fetching and Ironic Services Integration, focusing on enhancing automation and resource management for cluster orchestration. Developed logic in Shell to enable automated retrieval of the Ironic manifest when IrSO is active, establishing integration patterns that streamline the management of Ironic services across deployed environments. Emphasized automation and DevOps practices throughout the process, maintaining code quality and traceability with signed-off commits. The work addressed the need for improved orchestration readiness, leveraging Shell scripting to automate infrastructure tasks and support more efficient resource allocation within the project’s deployment workflows.
