Worked on enhancing the ServiceNow API Connector within the OpenCTI-Platform/connectors repository, focusing on improving both robustness and configurability. Developed a feature that allows sysparm_display_value to be set as a configurable option, giving users greater control over how data is displayed when integrating with various ServiceNow instances. Addressed edge cases by implementing logic to handle null comments in API calls, which reduced the risk of failures and minimized manual troubleshooting. Utilized Python for API development and thorough testing to ensure reliability. The work resulted in a more user-friendly connector that streamlines integration and reduces support overhead for ServiceNow users.
