During July 2025, Diha developed a deployment rollback workflow for the monta-app/github-workflows repository, focusing on enhancing deployment safety and operational transparency. Leveraging GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and shell scripting in Bash and YAML, Diha engineered a system that allows services to revert to previous commits while blocking further deployments and canceling ongoing jobs as needed. The workflow updates Kubernetes manifests automatically and includes a dry-run mode for safe validation before production changes. Integrated Slack notifications keep operators informed of rollback events, and a conditional message reminds users to re-enable workflows when blocking is active, improving awareness during critical operations.
