Developed and released a release tagging feature for the coda/packs-sdk repository, enabling automated git tag creation for pack releases directly through the CLI. This work integrated guardrails such as checks for uncommitted changes and branch validation, ensuring that only clean and validated code could be tagged and released. By tying git tags to the CLI release workflow, the implementation improved version traceability and made rollbacks and audits more reliable. The solution leveraged TypeScript for CLI development and utilized Git for version control, focusing on enhancing release governance and reducing the risk of incorrect releases through automated, traceable workflows.
