During October 2025, Dimoffon enhanced contributor onboarding and governance for the GreengageDB/greengage repository by updating the CONTRIBUTING.md file and introducing new issue templates. Focusing on Markdown for documentation, Dimoffon clarified project structure, branch naming conventions, licensing, and the patch review process, making it easier for new contributors to understand and follow project standards. The addition of structured issue templates improved the efficiency of bug report and feature request triage, streamlining the overall issue tracking process. This work demonstrated a methodical approach to open-source documentation and process improvement, with depth in contribution guidelines and issue management rather than code-level changes.
