Worked on the microsoft/Agents-for-python repository to enhance the reliability of Copilot Studio’s multi-turn conversation handling. Focused on backend development, the work addressed a critical bug by ensuring the correct retrieval and management of conversation IDs from HTTP response headers in copilot_client.py. This fix preserved conversation context across sequential interactions, reducing issues with context drift and misrouted responses. The approach emphasized careful client-side state management and clear commit practices. Utilizing Python and HTTP protocol handling, the contribution improved the stability of Copilot Studio’s conversational features and established a foundation for future enhancements in context propagation and client reliability.
