Worked on the openshift/installer repository to implement foundational support for OSImageStream-aware RHEL installation, enabling stream-specific artifact management and preparing the system for RHEL 10 compatibility. The approach involved extending installer workflows and artifact retrieval logic to respect explicit OSImageStream values, ensuring correct differentiation between RHEL 9 and RHEL 10 boot artifacts. Developed new methods and updated test coverage to validate these changes, aligning artifact handling with centralized defaults to minimize cross-version misconfigurations. Utilized Go and Kubernetes for backend development, focusing on improving CI reliability and standardizing artifact streams across environments to support smoother CI/CD pipelines.
