Worked on the microsoft/debug-gym repository to enhance cross-platform reliability, focusing on stabilizing workflows and improving compatibility for macOS environments. Addressed path mismatch issues by implementing canonicalization of working directory paths, ensuring consistent behavior across platforms. Expanded continuous integration coverage to include macOS, updating both tests and documentation to reflect platform-specific behaviors and limitations. Used Python and YAML to adjust CI/CD pipelines and environment setup, while also adding clear guidance in the README about non-Linux platform support. This work improved the robustness of the development process and provided users with more accurate expectations for cross-platform usage and testing.
